1 - WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
After placing your order on our site, your package is prepared and then shipped quickly within 24 to 72 working hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) while stocks last.
In certain cases (restocking or manufacturing of the jewel to order), the deadline may be extended up to 5 working days.
The delivery time is that indicated by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays recorded by the carrier. The usual delivery times are:
- In France : priority tracked letter 1-2 days - registered letter 2-4 days - Colissimo simple or registered 2-3 days.
- In Europe : priority tracked letter 3-4 days - registered letter 4-7 days - Colissimo simple or registered 3-5 days.
- Internationally outside Europe : priority tracked letter 4-7 days - registered letter 7-9 days - Colissimo simple or registered 3-8 days.

3 - DELIVERY INSURANCE
If your items are not delivered, you will be refunded in full (100%) or the items will be reshipped. (The time may be slightly extended due to the health crisis affecting the world).
4 - I AM NOT SATISFIED, I WISH TO RETURN MY PACKAGE.
You can return your ordered items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund subject to the condition of the product and the completeness of the original packaging.
5 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- If your package is not collected, it will be automatically returned to us by the carrier. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or non-delivery if the address provided when ordering is incorrect. The customer is fully responsible for shipping costs for the second shipment.
- If you wish to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to change the destination information .
- For international orders, orders are forwarded to international companies that handle air transportation.
- Bijouxvk is not responsible for the tax charged by local customs; the responsibility to pay lies with the customer.
- The items offered often require a processing time; we do our best to ship your order in less than 72 hours, depending on activity. This preparation time can vary depending on several factors. If delivery times longer than our standard are noticed, you will be informed by our customer service and will receive a new estimated shipping date .
- If the product is not or no longer available at the time of ordering, the shipping time is updated for the item in question and we may be able to offer you another model.
- Bijouxvk is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking status shows "delivered". Use the tracking number we provide to track your order until it is delivered. If you do not receive your order but the tracking number shows it has been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors, building manager, local post office before contacting Bijouxvk.
